Leadership In Education Programme

Throughout our 20+ years of coaching, we have been fortunate enough to work with a variety of leaders, whether from education, business or from the world of Olympic, Paralympic, and Professional Sport.

With our basis firmly situated within educational understanding and research and having both been graded as OFSTED outstanding individually and as a Department, we understand how leadership can make or break the core values and objectives of establishment.

The basis of Leadership, regardless of arena, remains the same – Leadership is a MINDSET and having researched, lived and gained recognition in this domain for all of those years, we have been privy to the keys to success time and time again.

We bring an outcomes-based approach to coaching our clients – believing that evaluating return on investment is and should be of critical education and business importance whilst focusing on the KEY aspects to drive change and performance, both individually and collectively as a team.

We offer a deliberate and creative approach to goal setting and monitoring both successes and gaps. Through this vast array of knowledge, the keys to these areas are SPECIFICITY and REALISM – avoiding abstract objectives that will become difficult to measure – simply put, we want you to UNLEASH, RISE, STRIDE and THRIVE as a leader!

To aid the process, we promote the use of a ‘bespoke scoring system’ to not only log objectives and goals, but question why we are doing it (the pay-off), hold your education leaders to a time-line and define how we will measure success.

As the old saying goes, change is the only constant. Having been part of and having led organisational change ourselves, we have a deep understanding of what organisational change requires including what can also lead to change being a root cause to depolarisation in an organisation and inevitably resulting in the foundations crumbling.
